 Update on
Tamper-Resistant Prescription Pads
On Saturday, President Bush signed HR 3668 that,
among other things, delayed implementation of the tamper resistant
prescription pad requirements until April 1, 2008. There is no need
to implement any work arounds, such as phoning or faxing
prescriptions to ensure their validity or to use any particular type
