Connie has an extensive clinical and administrative background spanning 30 years.  In 2006, co-author of "Understanding Medical Coding", a textbook for training medical coders.  She enjoyed the practice of nursing, attained coding and PMCC instructor credentials.  She created and manages the ARMA Coding & Reimbursement Hotline for all specialties.  Prior to joining ArMA, served as a national speaker, auditor and president of a successful healthcare consulting firm.  Her clinical knowledge, teaching style with 'examples' and enthusiasm enhance the sessions tremendously.

ArMA member rate is $15 to $150 per FIRST person/per class, includes physician members &/or staff. Call us for information on Group Rate. ArMA reserves the right to verify staff employment.
Non-members and staff are $250 per person / per class.
